This is my 8-week vegan duo plan. In this program, you will get 19 healthy plant-based meals that you can rotate between. These meals are specifically chosen to maximize fat burn and aid in a speedy recovery. In addition to the meals, 4 vegan desserts are included such as my Reeses cup & Rice Krispy recipe.
Healthy vegan snack options will also be provided to keep you accountable throughout the day.
This program will require gym access. I have designed a moderate to mid-level intensity workout that is comprised of functional, strength and explosive workouts. This program is for the person who is looking to tone their body and gain overall strength and cardiovascular health.
