This is my 4-week shredding program. Comprised of Moderate intensity functional, strength, cardio and explosive movements.
this program is designed to shred fat in as little as 4 weeks.
In this program, you will be provided with a dynamic warm-up, workouts to follow for 4 weeks with a mixture of movements in order to keep your body guessing, shredding fat as well as a cooldown list to properly wind your body down post-workout.
